My taste in music is very broad including jazz, classical, some rock ( - Pink Floyd and similar) and I enjoy stimulating conversation. I’d rather go to a dinner party than a cocktail party. In the latter case a singles bar would be more fun. At least people want to converse rather than pretend to be interested. Good wine, excellent restaurants or simple BBQs are OK. I enjoy cooking and entertaining. I have never smoked nor done drugs. It is essential that you do not smoke. I do drink socially and enjoy my wine. I am a keen photographer, enjoy walking, travel, good conversation - doing new things - writing poetry!I like a woman to be intelligent as well as pretty and seductive. To sparkle like a star! A dull person has no attraction for me. We all need to laugh. I do like to be romantic. I like to be challenged. I don’t want a lady to agree just for the sake of it. I want know her thoughts and opinions. I will not automatically agree with her thoughts. I expect her to listen to me too. It’s a two way street. A path to share and navigate with open minds. I do stress the equality of listening and sharing. Someone who fails to explain their reasons for a decision would drive me up the wall! She will be an optimistic enigma!
Put another way, I value people being open to the new, the different, the challenge; whatever one desires to call it. Open minded not bigoted. You are not a statistic and neither am I. You are a human being with cares, thoughts, needs and desires. So am I.
